Citrix CloudGateway 2 and CloudBridge 2 - Another hell yes.... Great additions

I will cover both of these in conjunction even though I am more stoked about one more than the other.

Citrix CloudGateway 2 - really impressed with the new version of this. Actually I love it.

The additions include
Access to internal and external apps - corporate apps and SaaS applications
Single Sign On (SSO) for both corporate and SaaS application
A browser that is a resource you launch that runs on your mobile device and access the local intranet
The ability to provide corporate approved iOS and Android applications - can you say Mobile Application Management (MAM)
Remote Lock and Wipe capabilities

Again a win for Citrix in my opinion. This will provide organizations to allow BYOD or as a twitter buddy called it BYOS where S=Stuff not S***, and be able to control access to all corporate applications. Plus lock the ability to access or wipe the corp apps remotely.

Citrix CloudBridge 2 - instance access between private and public clouds....

The ability for organizations to use the hybrid cloud model with the ability to move work loads around. This is very important in Project Avalon........

So how do these releases fit into MCPc anyplace workplace framework you ask? Well that is easy, the Broker piece. Mixed with our Mobile Device Management(MDM) offering and unbeatable combination.

I will touch on how these integrate into Project Avalon later......
