Building a Cloud, Chicago Style

Building a Cloud, Chicago Style:
Despite being just a few hours away, I hardly ever visit Chicago. Most of the events that I’ve attended fall on the coasts, or in other countries – excepting a few regional Linux events. So it was a real pleasure to get to visit Chicago this weekend for the Build a Cloud Day held on Sunday at Morningstar.
It was a beautiful day in Chicago, but we still had a good audience turn up to hear some exceptional speakers:
  • Ross Turk from InkTank
  • Diane Mueller from ActiveState
  • John M. Willis from EnStratus
  • Sebastian Stadil from Scalr
  • Mark Atwood from Red Hat
  • David Nalley from Citrix
We had a lot of great talks, as well as some good questions and commentary from the audience.
Miss the Build a Cloud Day? No worries, we’ll make more! We have events coming up at the end of September and beginning of October, and have plans for more.
If you’re interested in hosting or speaking at a Build a Cloud Day, please get in touch!
