Technotes: NetScaler VPX Instance 9.x Does Not Start After XenServer 6.1 Upgrade: After upgrading to XenServer 6.1, any NetScaler software release 9.x VPX instances that was previously installed does not respond during boot, during the ATA driver initialization. Initialization stops responding around either ata1, xbd0, or GEOM.
