Technotes: Error: A required PVS server in the selected site is offline or there is no server assigned to a required store

While running XenDesktop Setup Wizard from the Provisioning Services console, the wizard fails and you receive the following message: "A required PVS server in the selected site if offline or there is no server assigned to a required store."
