What Is Continuous Delivery? A Journey

Jeanette Deupree is right: Continuous delivery isn't a thing. It's a set of practices and processes enabled by a set of tools that in turn enables more frequent software releases, with fewer errors. Getting to continuous delivery is itself a journey, and that's how Deupree describes the process she's directing at IBM Rational.
