We've been listening and heard you all loud and clear.

Signing up and paying for Enterprise Chef needs to be easier. We want your experience with Chef to be delightful. Whether downloading Chef server, configuring your first node, automating app dev pipelines, or paying for our hosted service.

To the latter, we've transitioned to a new billing system, which gives us the opportunity to serve you personally, whether you need 50 nodes or 5000.

In short, when you purchase a new node package or upgrade your existing package via our website, someone from our Sales team will contact you directly to process your payment and ensure your experience is smooth and efficient.

We're doing this for two reasons:

1)     Work with you, our customers, to make sure your sign-up/upgrade is done right and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get live answers right then and there.

2)     Implement an improved billing system.

Of course, with any change there are some challenges and we ask you all to please be patient over the next few weeks as we smooth out the new system.
