Chef Management Console 1.9.0 Release

Manage 1.9.0 is now available from the Chef downloads site.
This release includes packages that work on Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty) and Redhat Enterprise Linux 7, as well as numerous bug fixes and low-severity security updates.
