Chef Management Console 1.11.1 Release

Manage 1.11.1 is now available from the Chef downloads site.
This release includes a fix for a regression where "localhost" would be used in the Starter Kit instead of the correct Chef server URL.
As always you can see the public changelog on hosted Chef at https://manage.chef.io/changelog.
